The twelve fast minesweepers converted in November-December 1944—MinRon 20—carried an adaptation of the typical 1943–44 armament: two 40mm twin Bofors aft; all torpedo tubes removed.
The second group of twelve ships converted in 1945 carried 40mm quad mounts in this location (above).
